(HELP) Applications is interrupted by external software

i installed pubg on my windows 11 insider preview unfortunately i might have ruined my windows in many ways. even though this laptop belongs to me i cannot access virus and threat protection and i can't open pubg because of some third party app which i can't find and delete.
this is the code code 00000203/000C i don't know how to or where to find solution please help

Reinstall Windows, don't use Insider preview builds for production builds.

Then try the basics, Uninstall any third party software like overlays, mouse/keyboard software (especially those with built in macros as those sometimes will conflict with the games anti-cheat).

Uninstall PUBG in Steam next Press Windows Key + R, Type in %localappdata% press OK
Delete the folder TslGame and WELLBIA
Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files and delete the PUBG and UNCHEATER folder
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye delete the file BEService_pubg.exe
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common delete the folder PUBG
In Steam go to Settings, Downloads and click on CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE
Close Steam

Select your Search Icon on taskbar and type command prompt and 'Run as Administrator'

In the cmd prompt window type SFC /scannow

Let it complete its process and int he same cmd prompt window type in this order

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Reboot Computer

Press the Windows key + R shortcut to open the Run dialog box. Type cleanmgr and press OK, in there select "Clean up System Files" and it'll reload disk cleaner with more options, under 'Files to Delete' checkbox all and press OK. this process might take a few minutes to complete.

Open Settings on Windows 11.
Click on Windows Update.
Click the Check for updates button.
Click the “Download and install” option to apply a preview of an upcoming update of Windows 11.

Reboot Computer.

Open Steam, redownload / reinstall PUBG.

Don't run the game yet, Go to your Windows 11 Start menu

Select Start , then open Settings . Under Privacy & security , select Virus & threat protection.

Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings, and then under Exclusions, select Add or remove exclusions.

Select Add an exclusion, and then select from folders and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PUBG

You might need to add an exclusion to any third party Antivirus software you have install too. Same with configuring any firewall software you may have.

Try loading up the game again. good luck

thanks man, but i already gave up i think i spent more time suffering to turn the game on i don't think i'll have fun anymore XD i deleted it. thanks again for your help. (this is my first time using discussion so should i delete this or keep this what should i do with this?)

Необходимо в строке поиска Windows (рядом с пуском) ввести «
%commonprogramfiles%\pubg» (без кавычек), из найденной папки запустить uninstaller.exe и перезапустить игру. При отсутствии строки поиска нужно открыть Пуск – Служебные – Выполнить.
P.S. На странице где нашел решение было написано - UPDATE: PUBG Studios устранили эту ошибку.

None of the above works. Windows insider is NOT SUPPORTED anymore and WILL NOT WORK with PUBG.

Need to get legit version of Windows 11. NOT INSIDER versions.

Hi, why does pressing tab (entering inventory) stutter my game while playing? FPS drops to 1-2 , ping rises to 800 ? Once out of the inventory, everything is back to normal
