Check your Event Viewer logs (open Command Prompt and type eventvwr) look at the right pane under the section titled Summary of Administrative Events. Click on the + Critical , you should see a list of critical errors. This should help you narrow down if your hardware is at fault, or software is conflicting with another(i.e drivers)..
it says event 41 Kernal Power
I would do it as the one and only thing because it might be a lot of work but if it doesn't fix the issue it is most likely not a software problem.
PUBG isn't optimized and use the max power for GPU, cpu and fans, if you got an old PSU the pc can have a short voltage that make your pc to restart. Buy a more powerful and new psu or change game. (Someone ipotized that the game mine crypto while playing, for this reason there are lot of pc resource usage, i don't know, but with tencents and oriental companies, all can be plausible and possible.)
My guess is a faulty component, mainly the GPU. You can Stress test it using OCCT or FurMark and GPU-Z to monitor temps. OCCT and Furmark will also show your power draw, if its too high you'll probably need to replace the power supply and maybe the GPU if the test fails to complete.
These of course are the last steps you can do, but recommend you try a fresh install of Windows like Lega mentioned and as others have mentioned earlier, clear dust, check cable connections(unplug and replug), re-seat RAM and run the SFC and DISM tools within Windows.
