There is an issue where Tencent illegally blocks videos without a license to do so.
After that, open a support ticket and report it along with the video.
In the replay he is standing underwater 5km away from the playzone. He just shoots into the ocean and kills me
As I said, report it but it could be a bug because there are currently a lot of them.
Btw, if you know his/her name, you might look for that a match, maybe he/she recorded it etc.
Currently, some partners are using customized macros and even selling some of them. I don't have much confidence in the game, unfortunately.

1. Unless you have Video Proof that they willingly used a glitch to do this, it might aswell just be that he stumbled on a bug by Chance, benefit of the doubt and all.
2. Idk how often the Devs give out Pubg Partnerships, but if they give it to someone who has less than 500 Followers on Twitch, then it sounds like its a worthless Title afterall.
How do you know he is partnered anyway?
He has it displayed in his steam Item Showcase
Even Shroud got banned for teaming with a cheater, so even PUBG streamers and partner do stupid things sometimes but the second and better info, "Miles away", included the possibility of a bug.
Objective and fair assessment of what was described and certainly not what was once again falsely assumed to me.
Good post there!
According to the match report, you were killed by them with the AUG from 5m distance. They then killed the second last player with the AUG from 3m.
Now I don't doubt that the replay is showing them in the top left corner of the map under water, but were they actually there for the entire game? If you are finding that's where the replay is putting them, then it wont explain how they even looted the weapons that they got through the game in the first place.
If that's the case, that the replay is incorrectly positioning them up there for the entire game, it looks like it's a bug on the replay.
When you died, did you hear their gun fire? If they were 5km away you wouldn't even hear the gun shots.
OMG! That is the guy who I have a video of with his aimlock and autoclicker failing. I posted on his YT channel and YT gave me a warning for "spam" (I simply said, "Cheat much? (and linked my video)....Got a couple of videos of this guy....Will load one up on VEED shortly
Edit: He's a Turkish streamer and has channels on Twitch, YT, Insta and another channel that he monetizes (all through cheating in PUBG)....See the sick circle-jerk we're trying to fight against?
Report it and get your YT channel terminated for "copyright"? This isn't an option anymore - even trying to upload a small clip to PUBG Support rather than a YT video link doesn't work - deliberately terminates the upload after a minute stating "taking too long to upload" (very small clip of 50k)....
It's pretty obvious there's a drive from Tencent to suppress all negative videos of PUBG and YT are falling over backwards to accommodate Tencent whilst destroying channels of their subscribers.
First of all, what Tencent does is illegal even PUBG confirmed it to another user who reported that issue to them. Tencent has no rights to do so, Youtube most likely doesn't it.
Tencent may be allowed to strike content of PUBG Mobile but that's it.
I did write, "Please use a different host", for a reason and we can upload videos without any account elsewhere. It does work this 100%.
