Im getting the "servers are in maintenance" message, but game status on their site says everything is fine.

Thats because everything is fine. Its downtime for maintenance, thats normal.

When I said that I was referring to the servers not being up. The status say servers are up, but the game said they were down for maintenance.

They post it on Reddit,Naver and other forbidden platforms. This game is Asia oriented only and Krafton policy only accepts Asian community.
Once i watched a Thai streamer - he showed how they launch the game (without steam),which events they have and how cheap is premium currency. They even have different anti-cheat and in order to play the game you have to provide real ID.
So they are playing completely different game on completely different servers.
