XB Error: Failed to Initialize STEAM

Constantly getting this message on launch before lobby. Both TslGame and Steam are being run as administrator, VPN doesn't help, verified all game files, have done a couple clean installations to remove any potential corrupted files and there are no issues between the game, steam, and Windows Defender Firewall. Any help would be awesome.

I have the same XB:Error. I even tried reinstalling PUBG, but it didn't help.

"XB Error: Failed to Initialize STEAM" already indicates a communication/connection issue between the client and the backend data servers of Steam through PUBG.

In this specific case, I don't think we can bypass it but a regular, "Failed to Initialize STEAM", we could.

This might be a PUBG issue but Steam is possible too but either way, it should be fixed asap.

Couple things I've found to help, PUBG Support hasn't been any help.

Go to Windows search and open "Services" - Find Battleye and manually run it

Uninstall and reinstall all 2015-2022 C++ Redistributables, then restart PC

Don't run PUBG in administrator - was getting a different error after fixing the above

coloca o executavel da STEAM em modo compatibilidade, fecha o game e a steam, vai no icone STEAM, e nele indo em propriedades na aba compatibilidade vc coloca "executar como admin", aplica, e vai jogar hahhah

Run steam and game as administrator both, or without adm.permission

Locate your battlEye folder delete the pubg file, retry game then a battleye warning will load hit ok accept whatever it says and it should work, least it has the last two times for me.
