gtx 1060 and can't get stable responsive 60fps

this game looks like it's 2010 and it runs like it's 2030. how can you release a new map that's so ugly and call it an update smh. optimize your game instead of working on boring ♥♥♥♥

i didn't come for tech support i came to give feedback on the game's optimization. stop assuming people are dumb. i know how to update my drivers. this isn't new to the latest driver even, far from it. same already happened 3 years ago. depends on what's around you especially with lots of players and bullets. deathmatch is UNPLAYABLE LITERALLY. I get like 15-20fps there.

Buy yourself better hardware or stick to rocket league. Your GPU is 6 years old and barely meets this game's requirements (which only means the game will run). You can't run this game at high settings and get smooth frame rates with the card you have now. You'll need to turn all the graphic settings down and probably even need to lower your resolution. Even then your GPU is going to struggle especially if you might have the 3GB 1060 model. Regardless there are many guides on how to optimise your system, your game settings and your OS setting to get the best gaming experience possible.

I think cpu is the problem. I noticed that the game was not enough 6 core processor after 2 years of playing pubg. Мy cpu now very often rests on 100% They only made things worse with their optimizations.

do you think i made this thread after running the game on ultra? the only setting i don't have to the minimum is render distance, and it is set to low. stop trying to act superior or like some genius of game settings. i know what i'm doing, and like i said already, it was the exact same 3 years ago. i took a break to see if it would be optimized, and at first i thought it was, but as soon as chaos breaks out, back to choppy fps and worse, unresponsive mouse movements that react maybe a second later. i don't have this problem in any of the other games i can't run. this is a pubg optimization issue. im a 3d level designer, i know what i'm saying.

Oh also, like I stated earlier there are many guides you can find which will help you optimise your system to better run this game or any game. However to put it bluntly your system is hardware limited so you would be better off upgrading especially if you plan to play games like Pubg. While you can get away with playing at the lowest level graphic settings and whatnot and as you complained about earlier the experience is unsatisfactory. The problem you're complaining about is most likely attributed to your limited hardware capabilities, combined with the less than optimal server performance these past few days. Its easy to blame it purely on the game/server however the game is not the only problem here.

Stop assuming people are dumb? What are we to do when someone comes in here with a low tier budget card from 6 years ago complaining about optimization?

You provided literally no information as to what the actual performance you are getting is. Given your lack of PC knowledge, its entirely possible you DO have technical issues... but we'll never know because you didn't provide details.

Seriously, If you want games to run good then get better hardware, its as simple as that. If your GPU is that old, how old is the rest of your system? Tech eventually becomes obsolete, if you want to hold onto it then thats your choice, but the rest of the world is moving on.
