A really weird story (Must Read)
So I decided to join a random squad, and there was this guy who told us to not follow him, so we didn't, he went somewhere really far. I and my friend landed in a city, and we looted some stuff but unfortunately, my friend died in a fight. The city was really crowded so I decided to hide on the last floor of a building until the enemies leave and I can finally leave the city safely, I closed all the doors and left absolutely no trace or sign of myself. The red zone came but I heard another squad still running around my building. I was so confused because there was no way they could see me or even hear me. Eventually, they decided to enter my building, they immediately came upstairs to the exact room I was hiding in. They killed me and of course, I reported them for cheating, I thought they were using a cheat of some sort, but no. So I reported them and I was about to leave the match and the other guy who said don't follow me, in the beginning, started to insult me and tell me to leave the game, that's where I decided to stay and watch. He was flying in a glider, and he was heading exactly to the red zone where I died, he landed near the city and I saw the other guy who killed me running towards his glider without shooting him, that's where I realized that they were teaming, so this whole time my teammate was telling them my exact location. That's why they weren't leaving the city. Anyways, he picked up his friend and they left the red zone together, they managed to survive for a while but eventually they died. I reported my teammate for teaming and I hope he gets what he deserves. Did any of you have a similar experience before? I thought this was a story worth sharing, thank you for reading.

Record the match and use the support of PUBG to report them.

You need to use timestamps to show them where they can find the proof so they don't need to watch the full video.

They will get banned this for sure.

Thanks, I'm uploading the video evidence right now.

I've seen cheaters before, but this one was something new.

According to report results from PUBG Shield, teaming typically gets a 14 day or 30 day ban.

I assume the 30 day ban is because it's a second offence.

It will likely take 4-5 days for the ban to even be implemented.

Is this really effective considering you need to go to the trouble to register with PUBG Shield (presuming you are in a region that it applies to), edit the video to meet their requirements, and then upload it?

Of course, if it was a permanent ban, then it's likely they were just playing on throw away free to play accounts as well. It would only matter if they were playing on an account loaded up with time/effort (level 500's for instance).

I reported them through their official website, should I report them on PUBG Shield as well?

It would have a better chance of getting a ban, however, is it worth the effort.

I don't know if teaming is still part of PUBG Shield but the support is also fine and yes, it's not a perma ban with the first strike but they will get punished for it.

pubg shield is the best way to report this situation, they will ban him for 15 or 30 days for teaming.
