I am getting this error for a while now (starting on new major update) and can't even play a full round of a match and getting kicked after about 5 minutes of starting a match and when I try to reconnect , I see the same error again and again.

Full error message:
"Your client will close in 10 seconds due to anti-cheat process not running correctly. Resolve this issue by verifying the integrity of your game files or reinstalling if the error persists."

Restarting the PC and modem, uninstalling and reinstalling the game and anti-cheat software, also deleting caches files and settings (even installing new OS and fresh download = by my friend as he has the same problem) didn't solve it.

My friend just can play some times if his V.P.N is active.

Edited: Using V.P.N before running the game, solved the problem.

Yes, your connection could be the reason.

Some guy wrote here he couldn't play PUBG while using his mobile connection..

Which connection do you use?

Am not using mobile network and I am using ADSL but my friend has 4G mobile internet.
We have same problem even when we are playing together.

Did you try to use a VPN too?

There is something in your setup the game doesn't like and we have to find the reason for.

In terms of your mate, it's most likely his connection. As I said, others confirmed it as reason.

I talk to my friend and he confirmed that he can play normally without getting kicked if he play with V.P.N
We think its because of amazon server as its restricted our access because data didn't sent and receive to it, so anti-cheat get us kicked.
I am trying to play with V.P.N now. I'll update the post after that

We believe this problem is because of some authentication method that using a service or an IP that is blocked by our ISP or by anti-cheat's host server.
As it can not connect to the server, we got the error and getting kicked.
Using a V.P.N before running the game (not in middle of the game) solved the issue.
