Well, it could be anything even PUBG itself after a shadow update.
I can post you the most useful things I would try.
Open your search bar of Windows and write, cmd and open it pls with rights of admin. Now write sfc /scannow.
It's the repair tool of Windows for corrupt data.
As a test, deinstall Avast and restart your pc and try it again. If it still won't work, you can reinstall it.
Uninstall/reinstall PUBG
Sometimes issues occur where files are corrupted, permissions aren’t set correctly, or certain aspects of the game aren’t installed correctly. To fix this we need to completely uninstall PUBG and associated files.
1 Uninstall PUBG
Go to your Steam library
Right Click on PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS and select Uninstall
A windows will pop up asking for confirmation, click on Delete
2 Remove associated files
Press Windows Key+R
Type in %localappdata% and then press Enter or OK
Delete the folder TslGame and WELLBIA
Navigate to Program C:\Program Files AntiCheatExpert folder delete it
Navigate to Program Files\Common Files and delete the PUBG and UNCHEATER folder
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye and delete the file BEService_pubg.exe
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and delete the folder PUBG
In Steam go to Settings>Downloads and click on CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE
Restart Steam
3 Reinstall PUBG
All steps followed. Game still NOT working
The same scenario: Black screen after the KRAFTON CopyRight screen, Lobby NOT charged, and crash window
Get some free VPN like Proton, Proton has a free test time, install it and connect to a country close to you. Now start Steam and try it again please
Something does block your connection and we need to find the reason.
