No scraps when opening contraband crates

So Ive recently noticed that i have no scraps at all but i could have sworn that i should have been getting some somehow. then i noticed that for each 10 coupons used on a contraband crate you should also get 10 scrap. i have opened about good 40+ of these and 10 with g coin through the legacy rewards when pubg became free to play. Has anyone else experienced this? should i contact support for them to try sort it out and reimburse me my scraps?

I already wrote to PUBG Support to clarify this matter in the past. They replied that crates opened with contraband coupons give no scraps and only crates purchased with G-Coins give scraps indeed. I suggest you to double check if you already got scraps for contraband crates opened with "Legacy" G-Coins: if you are sure you did not get scraps at all, you should contact PUBG Support.

You can get scraps by purchasing gcoins to contraband coupons.
