Don't receive my Krafton confirmation email

To be able to resend a email, you have to be logged in jfl. I've been waiting for 15 minutes now. Can't login either, it cannot find an account with the credentials on it. So now what, credentials I put in are for dump now? Can't access my account, no email, nothing. Lol. They do not even have a link for issue support on the login page.

Why do I need to be logged in to resend an email, it doesn't make sense because I cannot login in the first place without having the email confirmed, and why is there no tech support? Unprofessional from them

I agree been having a similar problem, I have almost 500 hours in pubg, I have payments put into that account, I go to get something from prime gaming, and it says my account don't exist, I try contacting them, but I can only find new state mobile support. when I tried contacting them like ♥♥♥♥ it, they said, and I quote "can you read that this says new state mobile support" and also went along the lines of you need to contact the right game support. I tried replying asking where I could since I couldn't find anything but new state on Krafton's site but all it said was that the help ticket or something was closed. so, I'm super pissed right now but knowing them they don't give two ♥♥♥♥♥ about their game. there stuck in some ancient unreal engine version as well. that's why their game is outdated and isn't smooth. Krafton can eat a ♥♥♥♥. ban me for all I care.
