STUCK ON CHARACTER CREATION MENU

Does anyone experience stuck on create my own character menu? there is only Looping Loading Logo, the character not showing up at all. How to fix this error, I've waiting for too long, using vpn, configure firewall and nothing happened still stuck.

My fixed itself, all i did is wait
Leave the game opened while doing something else, i would say an estimate but im not sure enough to say a number, probably is a thing with the servers of the game overloading with new users, hope your game gets fixed

Mine fixed as well, I just started the game a few hours after that and fixed, probably the servers were so full so it actually couldn't work properly

Actually it's something apart from pc specs, as i said probably the servers were full so it wasn't working good lmao
