[PC] Due to an increase in players trying out the new tutorial modes, delays in matchmaking have increased in certain regions.

As a temporary measure we have disabled tutorial matchmaking for Legacy players.

They have the server capacity for it, understand this everyone trying to log in at once , bombards the server capacity isn't an issue but servers can only handle so many concurrent requests at once .

It was at 9k because of maintenance, that was people waiting. The game averaged around 50,000 to 300,000 daily concurrent before maintenance. Back in 2018 the game was at over 3 million concurrent... good times
