Report a translation problem
As far as I know, you can tell if an item is marketable only if you see two circling arrows icon on bottom right of its thumbnail preview image in game. Items from common crates are all marketable; some items from hideout crates are marketable and some others are not.
Different colour of an item's background picture will tell you how much rare that item is accordingly to Developers. Rarity, however, is a useless concept here because most of items (mainly from events and survivor passes) are one-time items subjected to expiration date and, once expired, they are gone forever. In two years, I have never seen items from the past popping up again in the PUBG store.
As for the pricing of marketable items, I guess you should refer to Steam marketplace. If you got a marketable item that nobody else has, well... You make your own price.
