Insane fps drop when i use map or inventory

Hello. Its over a month that i have that issue. When i open the map or the inventory my fps drop from 130-200 to 5-20. My cpu is 7700k and gpu 1660TI. I try to clean all the drivers through safe mode, upgrade and downgrade to older drivers, i change thermalpaste just in case even if monitor its ok, reinstall the game but nothing change. Any idea before proceed to windows format?

are you using dirext 11?

Settings -> Gameplay -> Inventory screen character render -> Set it to "Off".
Did you try that?

Yes its off 3 years now. I have the same setings almost a year. I had no problems until about two months ago and only at pubg

Have you tried rebooting you modem? Are you running Nvidia GeForce Experience? If so, try checking all it setting to see if there is something that can be causing your problem ( use alt+Z). Are you trying to stream or is your system settings, set for streaming?

What is your RAM specs?

Have you checked your system out for stability issues?

100Mbit internet
SSD Adata sp550 and sp900 100% health
GeForce Experience off
144hertz monitor connected with display port
i try everythink on very low and everythink on ultra and i have the same issue

Nice system!

Check your PUBG settings: System Menu>Settings>Graphics>Lobby FPS Cap & In-Game Cap.

Lobby FPS Cap = 30
In-Game Cap. =Unlimited or whatever your GC and monitor will do 60/144/???

Have you reset you modem?

Fast path enabled since 2-3 days so i restart the modem..
To be honest the feeling is like something is ready to blow up but this happens only in pubg 60%-70% of my games and only when i open the inventory or the map..
