Squads with 3/4 people crossed out?

So I see normal squads and then squads with 3/4 people crossed out so what does this mean? You can only solo queue?

That means your squad won't fill to full capacity with randoms once you get in-game. Works well if you only wanna play with one or two of your friends with no randoms.

The squad with three crossed people means that you will play alone against all type of squads (ranging from one to four members). This option also let you play together with other two people as a three-members squad cannot either play "duo" nor "squad" games. "Duo" means only teams made of two people will be facing each other; "Squad" means only teams made of four people will be facing each other.
