I did the same and I noticed, in the pop up bar on top of Prime Gaming website, that they expressly state they are having a delay.

We are talking about Amazon Prime, not Twitch Prime... Glad to know that at least you got rewards!

I guess it may depend on the region, but I see the pop up and it says the thing about the delay, I guess I'll wait and If nothing happens, I'll send a support ticket to see what can I do

Yeah! While we are in "Region" argument... This morning I played a game in EU server and my avatar killed someone who was already wearing the Pink Orbitual Vanguard pants... That was odd because the event just started today and we need at least three tokens to unlock these colourful outfits... Not to mention that in EU the first outfit is coloured in green and not in pink... Who knows?
