CPU usage very high

I have ryzen 5 3500x and 2060 6gb. I am having frane drop issue for last three days. CPU usage is 100 percent while playing pubg. Any fix ??

After a long times of trys i fixed the issue with the game stuck at 100% cpu usage. If anyone would like to know more or has issues feel free to add me, because it could be various issues:

1) Cpu 100% fix which done it for me:

Fullscreen / Windowed Bug

- Go to your GameUserSettings.ini and search for these lines and change them to these below

ResolutionSizeX=800
ResolutionSizeY=600
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeX=1280
LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeY=720
FullscreenMode=0
LastConfirmedFullscreenMode=0
PreferredFullscreenMode=0
DesiredScreenWidth=800
DesiredScreenHeight=600

And update to these values. Dont worry regarding 4:3 ratio i am using a crt but this doesnt matter.

When done AND THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT set this game file to read only to force these resolution changes.

Start the game.

The game should start in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ resolution but dont worry.

When ingame dont change anything search for a game and get into pre Lobby.

Now while the 60 seconds counter is ticking down change from Fullscreen to Windowed and just maximize not with the icon but just put to the top so windows auto maximize to fullscreen but with you windows bar.

Open resmon.exe and check your cpu usage it should not be running at max anymore and cause stutter.

2) There are a tones of windows services which i deactivated but the most improvement was to "silence" MSMPENG which is a part of Windows Defender.

WIth windows 22h2 3 steps are needed to silence it gpedit.msc and registry just google it you will find it :)

->Removed bad "fps" drops stutter 1 sec freezes, not caused by Hardware but WindowsDefender fighting with PUBG Anticheat and services

can you tell me, have you fix the problem? cause i get the same problem and specifications as you
