Radio Message Wheel

Hello

I'm having problems with radio message wheel and emotes wheel, When I press F3 for radio wheel it pops up but then I cant choose anything other than bottom right and same with emote wheel.

No matter how fast I move the mouse or slow its always fixed to the bottom right, I've had a look at the setting but cant find anything, If I point at anything and tap F3 it works and if I use the bottom right in emotes and radio wheel, I just cant select anything else.

It was working before the patch emotes and since adding the radio wheel but since I reset all settings, I cant get it to work.

Do you perhaps have a usb controller connected?

No just mouse and keyboard connected via usb.

Its fixed now, I changed graphics settings last night using nvidia geforce experiance and somehow its working now.

I don't know what the **** is up with it, Played a few games today and got the same problem as before, Unable to pick anything other than the bottom right.
