Wellbia.com Security Service stops working and PC hard locks when I play.
Wellbia.com Security Service stops working and PC hard locks when I play. I see this info in perfmon /rel after I have to hard off the PC. When it locks in game I cant do anything, no Alt+Tab, no Ctrl+Alt+Del, no mouse or keyboard input. When I look at the error in perfmon /rel there is info that says "Incorrect programpath:C:\Program Files\Common Files\Uncheater\ucldr_battlegrounds_gl.exe"
The game is in default steam install folder. I have done Verify Integrity of game files many times. I have reinstalled the game several times, even reinstalled windows, reinstalled nvidia drivers tried both latest and old and 6 months old.
Why does this Wellbia.com Security Service stop working, is there anything to do? I have added ucldr_battlegrounds_gl.exe, the game .exe's, TsI Game, Exec Pubg, Pubg folders etc to exclusions in Win Defender antivirus. I have disabled fullscreen optimisation, running Steam.exe and TsIGame.exe as Administrator.
Sometimes I see the bad_module_info also after a crash.
Strange thing is that sometimes I can play 4-5 games straight with no issues, then it starts crashing, and crashes almost every game. Often after about 5-10 minutes

It seem you have some rare conflict between some hardware part and Wellbia.

You already did try most useful solutions so I can't post you any new ones.

What you should do is. Google PUBG Support and open a ticket there and write in detail where your problem is.

Maybe they have some more solution but at least, they know there is a problem about it.
My game locks my pc at 20mins in every game, wonder if this could also be the cause. There are lots in this situation.

(win 10) Press Win+R then type in perfmon /rel

A friend of mine had the same problem.
I gave him a new harddrive, installed windows(10,pro) compleltly new and installed PUBG.
On pubg start Wellbia.con security ♥♥♥♥ asked for permission.
He clicks "no" now every time. problem didnt accure again.

i also press "no" everytime i start PUBG.
AND TBH:
Everyone who press "yes" (and dont know them) is an idiot in my eyes. There are no reasons why u should trust them. So tell that your OS? I mean: IT ASKS YOU if you can trust this company u never heard from before....
Did i just call >90% of all pubg players idiots? Probably.

Lots of other people are having the same problem.

Try
Goto
C:/Program/Common Files/PUBG and run "unistall.exe"
After the black window has closed (cmd), restart the computer, when you restart it returns to the same folder and delete the driver (navagio.sys). (For me, the whole folder went missing after uninstall so I didn't have to delete it, be sure to check if you have navagio.sys there, if yes, delete)
When you open the game, an alert will appear asking for disk access, press no and the game will open without that annoying driver
The last step of denying access to the disc you will have to do every time you open the game.

Also now I upgraded my motherboard, CPU and RAM and (not to anything fancy just above minimum req. ) and problems stopped

if it locks up on time limit it's because iether parental controls or you're graphics card is over heating

K, now I am having this very same error. I was moving so haven't played in about 1 month. Did the udates this morning and tried to launch the application and getting the very same errors w/ wellbia.com Security Services. Has anyone found a fix for this odd issue?

Could be a permissions error. Perhaps something doesnt have permission to write the file there and thats what throws the error.

This proably isnt it, but out of curiosity where is steam installed to?

Installing steam to program files is known to cause permission problems. If that's the case trying moving your steam directory to the main root of your drive and see if that helps.

You need to set an exception of PUBG to your anti-virus.
Please set it to threat protection and not the firewall.

Maybe do the same with the Wellbia.exe

Also:

Uninstall/reinstall PUBG
Sometimes issues occur where files are corrupted, permissions aren’t set correctly, or certain aspects of the game aren’t installed correctly. To fix this we need to completely uninstall PUBG and associated files.

1 Uninstall PUBG

Go to your Steam library
Right Click on PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS and select Uninstall
A windows will pop up asking for confirmation, click on Delete

2 Remove associated files

Press Windows Key+R
Type in %localappdata% and then press Enter or OK
Delete the folder TslGame and WELLBIA
Navigate to Program Files\Common Files and delete the PUBG and UNCHEATER folder
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye and delete the file BEService_pubg.exe
Navigate to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and delete the folder PUBG
In Steam go to Settings>Downloads and click on CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE
Restart Steam

3 Reinstall PUBG

The thing is it isnt a small issue it happens to commonly and pubg needs reinstalled to much , its extremely time consuming and should be pubg devs releasing a fix not these recommendations its a pain in the butt .
When every other day this happens , your sprare time is ruined i love pubg but
its very unstable with it seems anti cheat .
when i check crashes in the past its battle net causing something why cant they just fix it.

EDIT - i did all the fixes , reinstalled steam game deleted catch , ect
but then a week later i got to the same
it isnt good , i fell im wasting to much time fixing pubg than playing it ,
also corrupting files this game in system i have to trouble shoot it every other day .

ONLY EVER SINCE I STARTED PLAYING THIS GAME .

I think this is the general feeling of everyone..It sucks...ALove the game, but instead of being able to play for an hour or 2; I am instead troubleshooting why it is broken yet again.
