Pc randomly freezes when i play

Hi, when i play pubg, my pc suddenly freezes and doesn't let me do anything, i can't even turn off it, i always have to turn off the power. Can anyone help me?

Okay. Me too i test it from Thursday Evening - today without problem. I contact support to check them to fix this problem or they can remove TslGame_ZK.exe <--- This exe install this folder with uninstaller You can delete it in Steam PUBG folder and you dont got popup at start

go to Steam\steamapps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64 and delete TslGame_ZK.exe after delete this exe you never got question at pubg start :)

After struggling for 3 weeks i founfd this was the solution to prevent Pubg of crashing..finally:)

I have contact PUBG Support again with this new information. Hope he can fix it now or delete this service with this exe :)

What is your AntiVir Software guys? Maybe we have all same antivir and our antivir is crashing our system, cause this service are collecting to hard information from our pc

You should post yours first.

I don't think it's related this time to the anti-virus but you should have test it some while ago already.

Deinstall your solution and try it again please.

After the black window has closed (cmd), restart the computer, when you restart it returns to the same folder and delete the driver (navagio.sys). When you open the game, an alert will appear asking for disk access, press no and the game will open without that annoying driver
The last step of denying access to the disc you will have to do every time you open the game.

Yeah me works without any problems

if you dont like question for access to the disc you need after restart your PC

go to Steam\steamapps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64 and delete there TslGame_ZK.exe

I've had the same problem since the game came.. 2000hours+ no fix. Doesnt help to ask on official forums/and now discord either. They just send you a "standard" troubleshooting and tell you to re-install your game. Still no fix :)

Check out the other threads about crashes too, we posted a lot of troubleshoot steps there.

Try this:
!. Do NOT run steam.exe, TsIgame.exe and ExecPubg as administrator. Change in the files compability preferences.
2. Goto C:/Program/Common Files/PUBG and run "unistall.exe" (this will not uninstall game, its not the game folder)
3. After the black window has closed (cmd), restart the computer.
4. Start game, when asked If you allow PUBG to change data on your PC, Press NO or DENY.
Game will start anyway.

My game crashed every game before i did this. Now it "never" crashes.
