PUBG crashes after logo appears

Hello, i've been trying to fix this problem by any possible ways that i could search in the internet.

1) i've reinstalled the game like 6 times if not more
2)i've tried to verify integrity files but still doesn't work.
3)i've tried to delete all the files that doesn't start with "pakchunk" in PUBG/TslGame/Content/Paks/ and then verify the files, but it still doesn't work
4) i've tried moving CPU affinity to single core like some youtube videos said but still doesn't work.
5) i updated all my drives and also my OS but still doesn't work


And what's weird is when i first downloaded the game like a year and a half ago, it was working fine, i was playing like decent 60 fps with no problem. the second time i downloaded the game it was having little problems with startup but still after one or two attempts the game was launching.
the third time i downloaded the game i was stuck on loading screens and never made it into the match, and if i did, the houses weren't loading.
after that the fourth time i downloaded the game it has been like this. then i reinstalled the game like 7 times, tried all the fixes but the problem still remains where after the PUBG logo appears the game doesn't start. PLEASE HELP!!! thanks in advance!

same here, i'm using lenovo legion amd advantage, of course its above requirement, when I start the game it wont start on first try, alt F4 then try to start again, sometimes its work on second or third try.

i think something is wrong with pubg, not our pc/laptop. i'm running other games with no issue at all

Yes, I do have that problem too but just start it 2, 3 times and you're fine.
They will fix that as soon as possible,

the game was loaded to lobby then i knew that my computer has no problem but the game has also not problem then why it's not working... if there is a 100% (i said 100%) then you can reply my message btw my GPU and PROCCESSOR is

and yes my game was working 1-2 times well but next day the game crashesh i want to play this game please help me :"( please please please

i think avira but i deleted because that makes my pc too much laggy but i don't know that pc can handle apex legends to 10-25 fps but still sucks to play pubg pc, i only use the windows anti-virus, i was too much exited to pubg is going to be free but still i tried several months to open but it always shows the video intro then i click space+enter it starts to show the credits or engine that used like normally then i start clicking again space+enter but still starts crashing after 5min of nothing but black screen... if there is a fix to do this please let me know i can play even on 5-10 fps but just tell me what do i do, i don't have the money to buy ram or gt 710 graphics card or even i3 3240 processor for my pc, i have no other choice to play this and suffering in 5-10 fps even when i tried to play minecraft the fps was only 25-41... i am just a stupid low end gamer who is wasting his time on this pc i played too much old game but i want to also taste the good graphics games and i loved pubg too much i mean not pubgm but pubg pc i requested to my father to buy this game but he didn't but nevermind now this game is free but i didn't got any advantage of this high end game because i have a kid of potato pc that can't even run csgo properly :') i was used to play pubg lite pc but they terminated the game i lost all the grind that i did on that... so please you will be too much thankful for me if you tell me the fix of this thing :) but atleast you noticed me.

Try deleting intro videos in the files. I did that and works flawless.

Delete this: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Content\Movies"
