What did you expect?! Was you expecting to come in here and be good at the game right from the start? Also, I call ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about how this game is impossible to enjoy as a brand new player. Do the math, every single person that plays this game was once a brand new player.
Play the game more, learn from your mistakes, and get better. It's not rocket science...
You should play normal matches, not ranked matches. Normal matches have bots in them and usually newcomers are paired with several bots to help them getting acquainted with the game (I know by direct experience with a new squad member). The more hours you play, the less bots there will be; once the game "presumes" you are skilled, there will be only a few bots in your game. When you reach this point, the only way you can learn and get better is to keep playing. You either keep playing royal battles or arcade team death matches: unfortunately a better matchmaking is not option because of an allegedly low players base.
You have to REALLY REALLY want to play this game and get good in order to deal with all the negative aspects the game has to offer
The problem I see is that you can't place a player that has 10 hours with one that has 1-2-3000 hours in the same game.....it's unfair....and you stand no chance.
I was expecting a fair ranking system....where you can play with noobs like me....and get better at it.
I find it nice and also the big maps does not bother me... the only problem is the unfair matchmaking where you stand no chance as a new player....
Now at almost 400 hours my win rate in solo fpp unranked is about 11%
I agree the game is not friendly to new players, but it is a really straightforward game mechanics wise. Only a few options in every fight, you just have to learn what they are. I enjoyed the game too much to give up, and that is who this game is for
You just said that a new player should lose to a person who has more hours in the game, and yet, you also comeback with it's not fair for a new player to lose to a better player???
Wow. My head hurts...
I was complaining about the ranking system.... and that there is a problem putting the "noob" player with the "pro" player in the same match....
Well, we don't have enough players for a better fair match making.
In EU Fpp Sqaud ranked, there are two different pools.
One is for low ranks and one for high but it also depends on the daytime.
If the system can't find enough players, all have to play together no matter which rank they have.
That sounds plausible but it doesn't change the other facts and how to control the guns properly is necessary to kill.
The biggest problem for new players in PUBG is, we don't have an SBMM, "Skill base matchmaking", because PUBG wasn't made for that aspect like other BR's and it's too late to change the game.
You need a very huge playerbase for several skill pools all the time.
I'm pretty sure they will add SBMM in PUBG 2.
PUBG is new player friendly for those who also played other shooters befor. but for real newbies it isn't.
