Salty = not having fun because you get destroyed by people with x100 your experience?
THAT is how YOU define "salty"?
Well, then I guess it's totally fair to match noobs against them. Just tough luck for those that aren't good.
Hatred and intolerance are why games like these are so toxic.
You improve by working at your skill over time. Not by losing to people completely outside your skill level.
No sport on earth do you walk in and immediately play against the best. Except video games. Only then.
Everything else starts with casual. Then minors. Then majors.
You aren't supposed to have to fight majors on your first day. It isn't fair. It isn't fun. Games are supposed to be fun. You are supposed to have a fair chance. What's the point, otherwise? To be fodder? You really expect ANYONE to enjoy that?!
Shouldn't have to play 8 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just to have a chance at winning. That's totally unreasonable. You shouldn't HAVE to be god-like.
Then you are way above average or trolling. 7 kills per game is outrageous. Only the best of the best can do that.
Okay, you are good. Applying that to the average player, however, is absurd. As few could ever HOPE to match that.
No, I agree with you. You should be fighting with people that are same level with you. But that is not how it works for pubg because people who play this game are usually experienced players; this game doesn't welcome the new players very much. Recoils etc. are so hard and the game is very unforgiving. I wouldn't want to play either if I were new. I just wanted to give you some suggestions if you want to keep playing.
Also, 7 kills is actually not hard to get once you get used to the game. Of course you can't expect to get it as soon as you start, but I just wanted to suggest that you should always try to play for kills to get better.
Games should be fun just like you said. But pubg is far from fun in my opinion, especially for new players. I don't play very often because I can't play in the small maps, and I don't like wasting my time looting and trying to find someone for 20 mins.
800 hours of playing and I can't recall ever getting 7 kills in a game.
The problem is that this is used as an excuse for every game that comes out.
Not good at Street Fighter? You can't possibly expect to be as good as people that have played fighting games for many years prior.
Not good at CoD? You can't possibly expect to be as good as people that have played first-person-shooters for many years prior.
So... at what point are there NOT a ton of experts gatekeeping me? At what point does casual actually mean casual and not a mode for hardcore players to own noobs?
i'm sick of facing unbeatable opponents in online games. I just want it to be reasonably fair. Doesn't have to be perfect. Just something resembling fair. I don't get that out of PUBG. Never have, never will.
I can't imagine why
