FPS Drop and Ping Spike with Inventory Open
I am recently having an issue with the game where my frames suddenly drop to 4-5 and my ping spikes to 200+ everytime i open the inventory in-game. I normally can run the game smoothly at 1440 with 120+ frames.

what is the issue?!

i dont have that said issue, but you could try to turn off inventory character render under gameplay option, it might somewhat solve it.
