PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS

How to fix constant packet loss?
Quick spec list of both internet and PC :
CPU: i7-8700K @5.2GHz
GPU: 1080Ti FTW3
RAM: 32GB 3200 MHz
BootDrive: 960 EVO
GameDrive: 860 EVO (This has PUBG)
Internet: 300Mbps down and 50Mbps up hardwired in
Router: NightHawk AC3200
Modem: SURFboard SB6190

Connection is fine on every other game, it's just on this game with the in-game Network Debug
Statistics I'm the only one of my friends with consistent packet loss, yet I have some of the better equipment amongst them. I'm uncertain if some settings within my PC may be blocking the packets from getting sent properly?

I am located in California but my friends (California/Vancouver) and I are all getting the same ping, we feel as if the servers in California have been inactive for the duration of the debug patch maybe even long before that.

Need more information? Ask away. I'll add the ones I feel could be important to the primary post.

I had this problem since starting to play PUBG and fixed it.

TURN ON ROUTER SETTING:
"Enable Upstream QoS (Optimized for Gaming)"

Turn this setting on and hopefully it will resolve your issues with upstream packet loss.

YO im getting like 50 to 90% PTK loss have no idea why i just started from nowhere
VPN is not going to help you, its all PUBG bad servers.
It's PUBG. They screwed up their server routing when they switched to central servers. They then switched them back to their original locations, but never fixed the routing.
guys pubg invests in cheap us servesr. AS THIS GAME IS OWNED BY KOREA...accept it... the us playerbase is less than 30% of hte active population. china and eu run this games future. why do you thikn they use a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ dallas server hub for the us..and shut down the west coast one as soon as brandon greene stepped down.. one of the worst rated server locations for this countries gamining. as seen it doesnt ever hold up well under high stress. some days yuo will have perfects connection games. next game it will be a ♥♥♥♥ storm . while nothing else in your use is lagginy. ( discord still showing 0 packet loss while pubg is showing 80 spikes out of no where with less than 20 people on tha map conveniantly at the end )

It's all the servers though. EU and AS are just as bad as NA.
if you're in a squad try changing leader.

Play a game not made by a s**thole South Korean company.
Same for EU servers, getting packet loss on almost all games now.
It's their servers, not your computer causing packet loss unless you're having general internet issues. Introducing a VPN will create higher latency by using a middleman as I understand. Maybe they sold their good servers while they were still worth something, and got new hand-me down Pentium 4 servers. Or maybe they are using the new Chinese CPU that's mandated to be used soon.
It's a bit of a joke that they can make all this money and then have these issues for this long

Not so much a joke as it is a decent marketing plan...
Pay streamers to play your game, and that encourages others to join. Then put in minimal effort, and you'll make a ton of money.
so i guess there is no fix ?? we're supposed to just stay like this ??
