anyday DMR is Better than SR in any Range
so why to play with them. for fun?

Well you are right most don't use them but to have one in your team can make the difference. In some situations you need to knock others and Bolt action SR are made for it.

It's Clear SR are there just for fun part, I hope they Buff SR.
IDK what Devs have Fear about making SR OP, but DMR will be choice always.

SR are not only for fun and we still have a lot who plays them.
Just because most pro's use them doesn't mean all player.

Also, the balance is fine and people still can use AR's to single tap.
One shot SR sniper and after you spray/tab them down.

it depends your play style if im on the new haven its dmr only, i activley avoid SRs but longer maps where range matters thats when i pick up the SRs , if you look at PUBG Stats, all SRs have much better accurate range with the exception of the MK14, thats where play comes into matter, SRs are much better at range and depends on your play style if you actually notice their worth or not

on Miramar most people I see don't choose SR's. and Good luck hitting shot while getting pinned with 4 SLRs

every single weapon is good if you know how to use it, on haven.. tommy gun, ump, and shotguns are best , pistols can always be good early on if you get it before anyone else gets a gun, melees are now good since they added throwing them, perfect for when your getting pushed and run out of ammo, SRs are good long range 1 taps to the head or 2 to the body in most cases, DMRs are good when your medium-long range and your aim isnt the best so you can tap fire them, lmgs are SUPER amazing now if your going against more than 1 person and you can prone and laser fire, and ARs are overall good weapons, as i said, any weapon can be good and usefull if your situation requires is and your aim with said weapon is reliable

Im here from BETA over 1k hours.
That's thing SR meant for Long range but they don't work in long range, cause DMR is just better option. you cant even Pindown someone with SR, cause we all know nobody going to hit you 2 shots + loading 1 sec (4 sec total) bolt action SR. while dude can just run, smoke, flash. you cant even finish with SRs. but if you have DMR u know...

SR isn't best used in squads.

Solo and Duo yes they are devastating. And will rack up better kills if you can lead and range your headshots.

For Squads DMR's are king. I kinda feel most people already knew this.
