ADS/AIM Bug?

Hello, I've been experiencing this issue lately while I ADS at a target and suddenly my aim will point up to the sky, sometimes while strafing left and right while scoped into a target or ADS'n my reticle or even my toon start spinning around an usually ends up aiming to the sky. I use the same game settings that WackyJacky published from his video. My hardware is fairly new and my mouse is a Corsair Sabre, I don't use the corsair software as I prefer the default window 10 mouse drivers also my OS is updated along with the various drivers. I've re-verified my game files and I'm still getting this issue occasionally. Its not something that happens everytime I play and it seems to only occur in this game. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Try another keyboard , see if the issue still exist

That fixed it, I replaced both the keyboard and mouse.
