I got banned from pubg for no reason, wtf ?

Hello, 2 or 3 days ago i connected to steam and i saw that devs from pubg banned me ....
I don't even know why and they can't even tell why ....
So i decided to send a request on pubg site but they didn't answer (another bad thing , what do they do well ? )
I never used hacks and i'm new to this game i didn't play so much you can check my kill number, if i had cheats i would have much more kills .I don't understand why i got banned ! I don't know what to do
I have to stream and i can't just because of a ban that shouldn't exist !!!
Please help me i don't know what to do

Seeing how they use a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ anti-cheat system.. idk what you cand o man.

You may just have to buy PUBG again on a different account. :/

If you're truely not hacking, I doubt you'll get banned twice.

I find some information which can be helpful, maybe.

My armory software popup an error every startup after the last update..
It says Keybothelper has error with atkexCom.axdata

I looked for this and google drop the first link from asus webpage :

I have asrock motherboard, so it can cause the problem for the armory software.
I deleted the armory software and now I have no error windows popup at startup.

I ask pubg support if it was the problem, then register again and give it a try.

Why dont you guys give us a list of every program on your pc.. and also a list of every process being run from task manager if you really want to sort it out.

if what you say is legit and your not hacking then you will unfortunately have to wait or buy a new copy........and as for asking this question here that is pretty unwise as the majority of people here are annoying ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who don't seem to know much except running there mouths off and calling people cheaters...........also you don't just get banned for cheating you can get banned for trolling, tking, editing files even if its just to change minor things that don't give an extra advantage also you can sometimes get banned for using files or programs battleye blocks so look into that stuff as well.

I know someone who woke up to a ban this morning, and they are 100% clean.
I dont know what PUBG are playing at, these bans are random to say the least.

Ironically, the person banned, spends a LOT of time, reporting the actual cheaters too!
Oh well....

Well, it was me. I spend half my team, winding my wife up maoning about the cheating in the game and asking her to write user names down so I can report.
I had one game last night, rage quit due to yet another hacker kill....
Fancied a game before work this morning and boom, Stream said I was banned by Developer. :/
No gaming mouse, never teamed or duoed, no macros...
Just a crappy K/D and no chicken dinners. :/
