I never cheated but got banned three times

Hi PUBG Team,

First of all, I need to say that I never use any kind of cheat to change the fairness of the game, or try to get advantages.

With that being said, I kindly ask PUBG team the reason of why I got banned. I understand that revealing ban reason and evidence may benefit hacker to develop worst hack programs, but I really need to know why I got banned so I can make things right.

After my main steam (ID: 76561198049031292) got banned, I registered a new steam account (ID: 76561198795954274) and bought PUBG again so I can keep with my friends at that night. But after a few round of games I disconnected and when I trying to connect back to the game, It says I got banned.

At this time, I realize that there must be something wrong to make anti-cheating system marked me as a hacker. I am willing to make things right because I'm not a cheater and I like this game, I wanna keep playing. Also, most of my friends are playing PUBG and I want to play with friends. In order to do that, I completely deleted all the PUBG game file and Steam client files, along with all the client support files, running environment files and related registry entries. I believe I have cleaned everything I can find that related to PUBG and Steam.

After I cleaned my computer, I registered a third account (ID: 76561198796250485) downloaded steam client and PUBG, and bought PUBG the third time. At this time, I believe I'm fine to play with my friends and wait for appeal to be done. However things never goes as what I expected, my third PUBG got banned again, I'm really sad at this moment because what I'm feeling right now is just like I got bullied or fraud. I'm feeling just like that!

If you look into my stats of my second account, especially third account, you can tell I'm not a cheater, I barely kill someone. If I'm a cheater, why would I risking got banned to not do anything in the game? Please PUBG teams, help me on this, tell me what's going on and what I can do to make things right.

I hate cheaters just like every others players, and I can understand the efforts that you guys made to expel cheater from our gaming environment. I'm happy to see that. I love this game, I bought it three times just because I want to play with my friends together. I can give all the information you need and I would like to do whatever it takes to get me back to the game.

Tonight, I'm planning to completely clean my desktop. I will first back up some important stuffs to remote hard drive and then format entire SSD and hard drive installed in my desktop, including my operating system to make sure nothing left in my computer. I will then install Windows and start everything from scratch.

What I want from this request is to check my accounts and bans again. If you guys can prove that I didn't cheat, please left my bans. If you guys can't left my bans, or decided to remain my account status, I'm fine with the result. I understand that I needs to be responsible for whats running in my computer, even if the program that triggered anti-cheating system isn't a hack program, I'm still responsible for it. However, at least let me know whats going on in my computer and the reason of anti-cheating system got triggered, so I can make changes on my computer to not get banned in the future. Please.

I have posted this to the ban appeal section already but I just want everyone to see whats happening to me and start a general discussion about our anti-cheating system and banned players. I know we all hate cheaters and wanted a clean play environment but what if a false ban really happened, what can we do to make things right again? Without knowing the reasons, we can only got banned and banned again for a unknown reason like me.

I know clearly in my heart I'm not a cheater but what happened to me is just not fair. I've seen many people leaving message in steam discussion, BettleEye Twitter, and other social medias saying that they got banned without attempt to cheat. I agree that some of them, maybe most of them are indeed cheaters playing innocent and trying to get their money or account back. And I believe some people will say the same thing to me, I can understand. But think this, what if some of them actually experienced a false banned by mistake? Who can protect and help them?

I've been searching on internet since my first account got banned and until now, I haven't find any organizations or companies are able to supervise the action of battleeye. I'm not saying I don't trust them nor they are harming the right of players but what if they do made a mistake, who's gonna tell them that they are actually wrong on a certain case.

If you insist you didnt cheat, then that means the company scammed you!

Why would you keep buying from a company that scammed you before? And you did it 3 times and planning on the 4th time.. its not cheap either as compared to csgo. Either you are lying on not cheating or you are a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ to keep giving money to scammer.

I’m not a shameless person. I wouldn’t be here if I really cheated. You don’t even know me how can you tell I actually cheated.

When i was a read your write, i dont want play this game anymore. My steam level is 102 and im 4 years user on steam. I dont want ban warning on steam profile.

My level is not that high like you but I have my account since 2011. It’s a shame to have a ban on my profile and everyone can see it.

But I still have faith on this game. Their game and anti-cheating system will get better and better. Once I figure out what’s going on with me computer and accounts, I will keep playing.

most importally: stop donwload cheat for pubg!....

Hahaha why the difference between the 2nd and 3rd account
Also what about the first account ???

And let's be honest about you wanting to play with your friends situation.

You have 8 friends and after looking into them half of them only have 5 or less friends

and it's clearly apparent that these accounts are nothing more then NON MAIN accounts
it becomes more evident that these accounts belong to or are very closely connected to chinese players

The odds keep stacking the the favor of battleye on this.

OK, I have played for 168 hours on my first account, which means I will have some kills and wins. But if you look for average kills or KDA you can still tell its not a cheaters account. 168 hours of game play and I have won maybe 3 or 4 times, most of time I die right after I landed. My point in this sentence is to say these two account are banned right after 2 hours of play and stats are as bad as a noob.

about the friend list. I have my first steam accoout since September 8th, 2011 and at that time I only have one friend, his steam name is wulala, still in my friend list. All other friends are from real life, they living in the same city as me and we always play together. I don't see problems in there.

Some of them are indeed Chinese but not all Chinese are cheaters, trust me, don't judge a whole country like that.

Battle eye can give false positives for screen overlays and exploiting glitches. And because the game is still in pre alpha there are plenty of glitches that are present in the game that a player might not intentionally be exploiting but will be banned anyway.
