It's optimized but can be more, i play very well at average 120fps with a Ryzen 5 1600 @3.8, 16gb ddr4 3200 and a RX580 8gb.

i get same ram 2*8 go CL14 3200 a R5 1600 and a gtx 1070 its 120 to 144 FPS my CPU is just 3.6Ghz !!

Never have the balls to handle problems? I odnt have problems with my system, You're the one that got mad when I said the game engine doesnt properly and officially support SLI. You're the one blaming PUBG devs on that when you need to blame Epic Games for that.

i have a pc with i3 4150 3.5ghz 8 gb ram with gt1030 gcard ..
Yesterday i bought pubg and today when i opend it. .. Its propmts an error msvcp140.dll missing try re installing the application.. Wht shoud i do ?.

Swap that 1030 for a 1050 Ti and your golden. The other thiung is the Nvidia driver, install them again.

This is the way forward. Honestly you want at least a 1050ti and an intel cpu, if you go by early spec tests. There have absolutely been improvements to fps along the way but they won't do much for you if your hardware can't handle the game. If there are any recent YouTube vids on FPS rates over different hardware then I suggest you look at those if you end up looking to upgrade.

TBH I also think the framerate got worse. I used to get 140+ on open fields and forests and 100+ in Yasnaya but now I get around 114 FPS on open fields and forests and around 80 to 90 FPS in Yasnaya

Got worse when? after update 1.0? To be honest i didn't noticed drops i think after every update the frames get better at least for me like i said ive a Ryzen 5 1600 @3.8, 16gb ddr4 3200 and a RX580 8gb, not sure what your specs are but they probably good too.

Glad to know that my RX580 gives more or less same frames as a 1070, yeh i go from 100 to 144 that's why i said average 120fps. I mean the RX580 is a bit weaker then the 1070 but not by much every drivers update this AMD cards get better and better, this last update even gave this release notes:

This game has been Optimized for the Cheat Makers, it was a collusion from the East and they laugh in our faces for paying twice the price. None of the rest of the world can touch them. Though this game is more optimised on Intel over AMD CPU's as this game is very heavy on CPU usage. So if you've a CPU with high single core performance (Intel) you'll get better FPS. Plus anything over a GTX 770 will allow you to play at 70FPS +
