Anyone else unable to select any of the maps, game modes, or perspectives?

I don't know what's changed since the last update, but when I load into the server there's an exclamation mark next to the "ALL" tab for maps. When I click the tab it shows me all the maps are locked with "Coming soon". All the game modes are also grayed out, they can't be selected. The perspectives aren't even in the tab.

I tried quitting the game, restarting the PC, updating my drivers but nothing has worked.
