HELP!!! VAC ban during STEAM account hack

So, today I found a notification from Steam that my PUBG game got banned from VAC.

It seems hacker was playing PUBG with my STEAM account, using cheating software.(STEAM login email was changed by hacker)

I could take back my STEAM account (force changing back Email address) by proving VISA payment.

Now the question is am I be able to prove I was NOT playing PUBG during the incident and un-ban from VAC ?

its a game ban not a vac ban. Vav bans will not be removed even if your account is hacked

Are you kidding me? Sites get hacked all the time. And most people tend to use 2-3 different passwords to all their logins. So if they get one password, say for the mail. Then they can get a lot of other stuff that is connected to the mail. Easy as that.

A couple of issues here...
Passwords are weak. Passphrases are strong.
NEVER use email password for any other account.
I near gaurentee the WoW "hack" was pre battle.net (early WotLK or earlier)

You didn't get hacked. A database got hacked and your credentials were stolen. if you were hacked, they would have directly intercepted authentication requests from your computer/network alone. Which no one would do, because hack the database is more profitable (unless someone has a personal vendetta against you).
Most people use 2-3 passwords? Most people must be very limited in their ability to remember things it seems. The "same" passphrase can be used for multiple accounts, just switch it up. E.g

Seems a bit over the top. If you were the one cheating there's no way out of this, in fact I'd ban you from all of steam for life, a cheater deserves nothing less.
