Main file location?
Are all the files for the game in steam? My friend has ♥♥♥♥♥♥ internet so I'm trying to copy the files to a flash drive for him to be able to play the game without having to download everything but according to his steam he is still missing half the files? Where would I find the rest for him?

No and yes. You can copy just the pubg directory in the steam library, them copy to your friend pc, then he have to try to install and steam will find the files and verify them. There are some files that are saved in the windows user folder so he will have to download that but are just a few KBs no worry.
