I had a very bad stutter issiue most of the time i was teleporting all over the place and i have very good specs on my pc that pass the recomended to play. i found out that it was my internet so you can order a wifi adapter to get better wifi to your pc for only 20$

but if thats not the issue for my fellow nvidia users right click on screen go to nvidia control panel, under 3d settings choose manage 3d settings click program settings find pubg and find threaded optimization and turn it on there are a few other fixes but these helped me out the most

From what I understand there are a bunch of issues that can cause stutter. Im suffering from it and it pretty much makes the game unplayable. I didnt have this issue when I first bought it about a week ago. So something in the last few days has changed. Im running Win 7 64bit, 16gb RAM, Intel i5-3570, with an MSI R9 380 4GB, and the game installed on my SSD. I can get between 40-100 frames with dips into the 20's. Which would be perfectly playable except when ever an enemy shows up my game freezes for half a second and I get shot the face while the enemy teleports to a new position. Maybe I should just put this game away until its been worke don for a while.

Had this issue too. Turned out my CPU was just getting too hot. It didnt matter what my graphics were set to. Low, Medium, High. It would stutter bad. I took off the cooling fan, wiped off the old thermalpaste, put a generous helping of good new paste on. put the cooling fan back on. Runs like a dream.

But i also agree....the game isnt quite optimized yet and there is a lot of desync issues. Lots of players from all over join in on different servers and there can be a real lag from the time when you shoot and they feel it.

This happened to one of my regular squaddies. He got a new heatsink for like 20 bucks and it fixed the issue entirely. Just adding new paste would probably be sufficient, especially if you got your PC more than a few years ago. Thermal paste wears out and turns to ♥♥♥♥ after a little while.

Exactly. It had been years since i had taken off that cooling fan and reapplied thermal paste. Hahaha it was just of more like a clay instead of a paste.

if your pc was cleaned and had no issue with pc im saying these are the most proboble causes
Good call on replacing the thermal paste. It really needed it. Unfortunately that was not the cause of my stutter. So still pretty much unplayable.

Jumped into a game and dropped on Military just to really test it. See a dude, game freezes, I die. Same damn thing.

https://www.google.com/#q=how+to+check+internet+speed+on+pc test your internet speed im getting around 35 mbps on download and game runs smooth
You mean my internet speeds? Right now Im getting 80Mbps download and 2Mbps upload. The upload is quite a bit slower than I should be getting. Which might be the cause of the stutter but I'll need to test my internet throught the day and see if its consistantly bad throught the day. Which it normaly is not. But the stutter has been happening whenever I play, morning, noon, or night. *shrugs*

Yea I have already been playing with all the "Best FPS" Suggestions from the start. Thats why I thought the Thermal Paste idea was a good one. I havent seen that one in any of the main threads about improving FPS.

It's not your net, the game uses so little internet which mainly draws from your download but even between the both the usage is in the kb/s . I run a network monitor mainly cause I wanted to know what my ping was and I'll tell ya the quick stutters you get randomly are from the servers . Avg ping for me in NA is 20-50ms on their servers, Avg ping fluctuations will vary from 10 ms -50ms and I'll get those on avg 10 times a match and actually server spikes I've seen happen as few as just a couple in a round that I've lasted in the top 10 up to over 100 times ..

So I did a little more exparimentation with it and I have found that it is not when people show up that the stuttering occurs. It is when they start shooting at me. Just got into a shoot out with a guy and each time he fired my game would hicup. After about 5 shots it froze and crashed. I had been runing around for about 10 minutes with only minor server lag stutters and between 40-60 fps. Guy starts shooting at me and the frames start freezing. This is the first time that it has actually crashed my game though.

try experimenting with servers like go to eu sa or something and try to experiment with them to see which are better i know eu players went to na for less lag so try experimenting
