They were probably given a notice by Red Bull to change it but I haven't seen any official reason given myself but that doesn't mean it isn't out there.

They should have paid them, that seems like an oversight on their part. Maybe Monster will swoop in and make them look like idiots on this one.

Marketing cares. I'm in marketing so it seems ridiculous from my viewpoint. I can't even fathom how ridiculous a suggestion it would be to remove my brand from the game unless you were negatively reflecting upon it.
