You say "our" like PUBG belongs to you Pakis, it doesn't. If anything it belongs to Korea. Korea is probably my favorite Asian nation and we Americans and Koreans often play each others games all the time and exchange ideas and concepts in the gaming world. For example, Koreans love Starcraft, a game created by an American studio called Blizzard. I myself have played a number of Korean games and I enjoyed them.
Once again you demonstrate you lack of English skills by claiming I have a thing against Asians, I don't, only Chinese that think every server is their server.
You are probably right about having a better EU ping than AS because of Pakistans location, but I HIGHLY DOUBT that the same is true for NA servers like you suggest.
So why not take the simpler step of region locking China which will result in a reduction of 80-90% of cheaters on the rest of the servers (according to Brendan Greene himself). It will also increase the likelihood of being matched with teammates you can understand and better work with and you're less likely to be randomly team killed by them. There's also the fact that there will be a lot less players with high ping on servers so there could be an improvement of overall player experience.
Are people using this issue as an excuse to be racist? yeah, and ♥♥♥♥ those people. But you can't use them as an excuse to ignore all the actual reasons why a region lock on China would be good for the game.
Congratulations, ♥♥♥♥, you won the arguement I never made. At no point did I suggest that PUBG was American property.
