Why is the glock (P18C) so rare?

I've played 10+ games since the new patch and have only come across one glock so far that I picked up from a dead guy. Did they make it a rare spawn on purpose? And why would they do it? It's a pistol, it's supposed to be found early in the game... and it loses to SMGs anyway.

It deals 19% damage per shot (way less against body armor), taking at least 6 body shots to kill someone. Any shotgun or smg is a better option for close range.

That 19% body damage per shot won't matter when you shoot rapid fire with fairly little recoil.

lets see 19% x 25= 475% of damage assuming you have an extended, mag enough to kill a person in 1 clip,nothing bad about it

Dumpster tier? Combine that damage with full auto and little to no recoil.

You should really read the patchnotes, its important. Cars dont spawn facing east anymore. You didnt probably know that either.
