It's not one window. It's any. He is able to jump on to the ledge under the window and crouch walk out of them. When ever I try to do it, I just bump off the window.
It give you a few inches extra for the jump height too. This is how people jump on crates and stuff in the starter island while you try to do the same and always fall short.
Vaulting will simply change the game to a new system. Probably easier to do and as such dumb graded... Which is never a good thing.
