i cant install the game

guys i have bought the game and i tried to install but i was not succesfull because there is an error like invalid platform and i refunded game and bought again but it didn't work now i need help someone need to help me when i buy pubg, pubg shows off urself on my library but it doesn't download instead of download it says that installed today but i can't play i hope i succeed to explain the situation thankx for help

dude i didn't do it anything because there was a long sentence and at the end of the sentence say that (invalid platform) and also there is no option like downloand and launch thats my problem i hope someone can solve it thnx

Are you running a mac or linux?

Posibilities:
other hdd / other location for the game
2nd: you have been banned by battleeye in f.e. Arma.. then you cant play pubg with this account (probably not install it aswell)
3rd: not enough space
4th: your country blocked the game... rather unlikely when you can buy it without vpn
5th: linux crap / mac (need to bypass to windows first)

Dude i have the same problem and i'm still wondering what to do lol .... If you find any solution please tell me ... @Flying Fox i haven't been banned i have plenty of space ehmm i don't think the game is blocked in UK

i'm living in turkey and lots of turkish streamer play pubg without problem and and there is enough space to install and i haven't played arma :(

It's 64 it's Acer Aspire i forgot the model but it's 3.2Ghz proccesor 8GB ram and GeForce 730 DDR3

Well i bought it Sunday ehmm i haven't checked since then maybe i'm going to be able to do it now, if not how long is the time for refunds? I knew i should have got Dark Souls and The Forest :D
