Nvidia Highlights not working
The new Nvidia highlights are not working for me. I have the latest Nvidia and Experience drivers, aswell as the newest PUBG patch. Highlights are turned on but when I start up the game it doesnt ask if I wish to record my highlights.

Just wondering if somebody else is having the same issue and if you found a solution. Thanks!

Edit1:

I solved the problem, you need to go to the actual IN-GAME settings NOT Shadowplay settings. And under Graphics tab the second option is "Highligh settings" and instead of Disabled change it to Nvidia Highlights!

Then you can just right away join a game and when you get loaded on the island, Shadowplay will ask if you want it to record highlights!

And voila!

Hope this helps! Happy highlits recording everyone :D

if you have the option in game greyed out and unchangable:

1. Go to GEFORCE EXPERIENCE option - GENERAL.
2. Turn off 'IN-GAME OVERLAY'.
3. Restart the game.

As it turns out, Highlights does not like Steam having Admin rights. The fix was as simple as right clicking my Steam icon, navigate to compatibility, then uncheck the "run as administrator" box.

To activate ShadowPlay Highlights in PUBG you’ll need to update to the latest version of PUBG, and have GeForce Experience 3.8 or higher and a GeForce GTX graphics card. Once you start your game in the lobby, GeForce Experience will ask if you want to enable ShadowPlay Highlights for PUBG. After you click "Yes" Highlights will automatically be recorded without any further input.

At the end of the match all your Highlights will be available for you to share. You can select which Highlights to save to your Gallery, or share immediately to Facebook or YouTube.

I have latest version of Geforce Experience downloaded and installed today = check
I have enabled Highlights in shadowplay options = check
BUT ingame options highlight option is grey and disabled and it doesnt record any highlights from this game.

Edit. And it never asked anywhere to enable shadowplay highlights for pubg in any point ingame or anywhere.

Do you have contiues recording or whatever it is on? Basicly the feature that allows shadowplay to save those last 5 minutes?

Normally I have it on, but disabling it and restarting game etc didnt help at all. Option is still greyed out

Err well what I meant is that it's propably supposed to be on. But since you did have it on, that propably isnt the cause then.

the reason it worked for some people but didnt for others is because some people had it enabled on default and some had it disabled.

You see in this picture option is greyed out and that means it cant be changed. SO I am rude for you, because you dont even bother read comments and realize thruth about that if something works in your system that doesnt mean it works in other systems too. You yourself started this being so rude saying "You have to turn it on in the settings in THE GAME itself" DONT USE CAPS IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE RUDE !
