What kHZ On Razer Synapse Is Footsteps?

Just curious if there is a specific value in the EQ settings that improves how loud footstep sound effects and others are. They were loud before I downloaded Razer Synapse and have been trying to find that balance with all the EQ bars since it changed all my sound settings when I downloaded it. Footsteps just seem a tad low compared to what they were and I have tried to figure out while in-game what kHZ value I must change in order to improve those sound effects.

I think you would need to have a more adaptive algorithm in order to isolate that particular sound effect. That's honestly something i never considered but writing a 3rd party utility to isolate it and magnify it should be doable. That being said it would probably fall into the bannable category.

the higher freq. like 1khz to 4khz are for treble sounds , like footsteps,
lower freq. like 125khz to 500khz are for bass the rest are mids , got mine at 75-80% for footsteps and are very clear , easy to hear....
got the same program for stereo to 7.1 conversion , is good for this game
and it's not bannable , everyone has a eq in there apps for sound that they use .
you get an app from almost every soundcard you buy or even in the software of your motherboard there's usually a eq that comes with it , no way to detect or ban this
just set the game to windowed mode and run around, then change the 1-4khz and go back and listen how it sounds , easy peasy

What value do you set ur 125-500 to? And the rest? I have me 125Hz +1, 250 Hz -1, 500Hz +1, 1kHz -1, 2kHz -1, 4kHz - 16kHz +3...Not bad but still not terrible sounding

What value do you set ur 125-500 to? And the rest? I have me 125Hz +1, 250 Hz -1, 500Hz +1, 1kHz -1, 2kHz -1, 4kHz - 16kHz +3...Not bad but still not terrible sounding

i set mine much higher but i have an built-in amp in my motherboard so it still sound awesome
125hz +5db , 250 +4 , 500 +2 ,1 +3 ,2 +6 ,4 +4 , 8 +4 ,16 +4
those are my settings , could be different for you

Why can't people play the game the way it is intended by devs... Do you really suck that bad you need to give yourself any and all advantages possible??? I can't wait for the cry threads when y'all get banned.

i have a old creative titanium hd, if i enable cmss-3d and svm i hear everything, even stuff from far away loud and clear.
The new Soundcards do even better. So if i play for a feature its not cheating but if someone try to get equal its cheating?
