GTX 1050TI with a I7 4790K!
At what settings could I maintain 1080p 60fps?

i have a 4790k with a 960, i think 1050 and 960 should be equal... i have to play on lowest setting to keep above 60fps... but ill have the occasional spikes
Low settings probably, nice CPU with a very average GPU, even though it's a new Pascal GPU it's not that much better than the minimum required GTX 660.
