140-200 fps, but stuttering every 5 seconds

i buy new PC, but only in PUBG i have stuttering, wtf?
i have Windows 10 LTSC, i off all Guard, i dont have any programs

OMG, I have the same processor, a GeForce GTX graphic card, also 1060 with 6 GB VRAM, I have a 960 EVO SSD, but only 16 GB HyperX Fury DDR4 RAM, but I don't have problems. My settings are everything on very low, textures on medium, Anti-Aliasing and View Distance is on high.

Yeah, PUBG is purely optimized, but I don't know, whats the problem at you. :/

Try disabling instant replay and death cam as these can cause stutter and performance issues very badly in PUBG.

I reinstall Windows 10 5-6 times, i try LTSB, LTSC, off Defender and more, more, more...
But in NFS(High Settings), CS:GO, Apex Legends, i have very good FPS and stable game.
In PUBG i have 140 FPS, but i dont like this microstutters every 5-10 seconds, cause its a shooter.
It brings me big discomfort...

If I'm incorrect, feel free to correct me but I think the problem with this game is that it's an un-optimised piece of ♥♥♥♥ and has terrible FRAMETIME; so even if your FPS is high and stable, the frametime is all over the place and inconsistent which makes it stutter.

I've had good fun in it over the years but its unmistakeable how terrible the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stuttering is and it's more noticeable all maps that aren't Sanhok. You can't really enjoy the game to the level you should be enjoying it when you lose a firefight due to stuttering on your end.

Those games likely don't push your hardware to the limit. Bought PCs generally come with stock or cheap cooling. You need to check your CPU and GPU temps while in-game.

im sorry but even with the worst 1080 the worst ram and a crappy cpu cooler there should still be absolutely no problem. Should not even come close to pushing that hardware.

... If your frame rate isn't capped and vsync is off then either your CPU or GPU is indeed being pushed to 100%.

With 1060-6gb you should limit the FPS to 70. a stable FPS from 70 /140/250 is giving max DPS.
Funny Fact 80 FPS will lower your recoil and dps by example with m4/ak.
And i owned a 1060 before my new gpu . And 70FPS @1440p was a STABLE value for this system with best DPS

But can it handle STABLE 140FPs ? If not you should select 70 in menu for best dps
