Skin not showing up after purchase,probably bugged
So i just bought that 5$ AKM Galaxy skin. It said item delivery is being delayed but no money has been deducted from my wallet neither have I recieved the skin. It's as if the purchase was never made but i cannot try again because pubg tells me i have already purchased it once even though clearly nothing happened.
Help is appreciated,if possible.

But the thing is that apart from it being absent from my inventory,no money was taken from me either. Nothing even in the purchase history menu!
