How to clear key binds in pubg?

there is the default button to change back to the default setting. the user above you say same thing

that just reverts the keybinds to default.... it doesn't unbind anything

It is confirmed escape. I just came here for the same question. I just clicked on the bing to highlight it then hit escape and it cleared it
