Permanent ban for no reason

Im writing this because im strongly believe i didnt do anything wrong.
last night i was failed to join match couple times and get message connection error so i keep trying because i know my internet connection on my room sometimes not stable, then suddenly i got a message said i was banned from steam. then i closed the game and start again multiple times it still shows that i was banned from steam.
so i submid a ticket and explain what happen and i only get auto respond like this

the only program that i run on my pc last night is Discord, Spotify, Steam and PUBG. and this morning i got a message on my steam mention something about BattleEye and i was permanently banned from PUBG(cant really remember the exact message).

this is really unpleasant experience and i dont know what to do now. ofc i wont buy new pubg on new steam account because i already feel robbed. I believe im innocent and i need help from HUMAN support team not from auto respond system.

You got a developer ban, not a steam ban. This is what the info button on your profile page says:


"Banned by Game Developer (Game Ban)

Playing games should be fun. In order to ensure the best possible online multiplayer experience, Valve allows developers to implement their own systems that detect and permanently ban any disruptive players, such as those using cheats.

Game developers inform Valve when a disruptive player has been detected in their game, and Valve applies the game ban to the account. The game developer is solely responsible for the decision to apply a game ban. Valve only enforces the game ban as instructed by the game developer.

For more information about a game ban in a specific game, please contact the developer of that game."


So, the steam support is the wrong place to complain.

Same thing. Banned for no reason. Very little played (for the year of 40 hours), technical support writes that never ban without a reason, though I never cheat, and does not violate these rules are: - the Use of programs that violate the principles of the game
- Use programs to modify the game in any way (even if they are not hacking programs)
- Use software to track and collect information from the game
- Using programs to hack other games

we have to do something we have been robbed.. we need a refund!!! but we cant coz their refund system is trash.. lol

Not only that pubg began to roll, around the bugs and they do not fix, so also banned for anything. They have already had cases of false anti-cheat. Then get banned in batches, but then razbanivali. It seems to me that they have a certain level, for example, 50000 to ban players, so they ban random players.

i have 320 hours on pubg but why didnt i get banned back then? im playing the game the same way since i bought it.

Same goes to me, I have no idea too what to do now...ive send second ticket and i dont think its right thing to do seems they dont even care and no sign they will unbann in future

Im have no idea on computer system and i dont even know what triggered the violation of the game’s physics. the only issue i have before get banned is connection error

So is it true ?? Oh man thats suck banning random player... i went to several forum and yes many people raging got banned without any reason

I was also recently premanently banned.

I feel as if PUBG has stolen from me, i have never cheated and the only possible thing i can think that could have caused it was i had built a new computer 3 days before the ban and was having some ram timming issues that were causing pubg to crash... dont know how that could trigger there system but i have no idea what else could have (as i had almost no other software installed even).

Does anyone know if there is a way i could persue a refund? being able to simply steal from your costumers and haveing those cosutmers have no recorse whatsoever is very fustrating (my supprt tickets were only met with boiler plate responses).

The sad part for me is before this i was one of those people who thought those complaining about being banned for "no reason" probably were lieing, that a company would not have a system that permanetly banned someone without good reason, well i guess i was wrong because it happened to me. The icing on the cake was i built a new system in order to run PUBG better and if thats what caused me to be banned then i guess the jokes on me.
