Recentemente minha conta foi BANIDA PERMANENTEMENTE por apenas ter um programa de terceiros instalado na minha maquina, o programa é o RAZER Synapse (Software da Razer onde contém os Drivers e recursos de seus produtos). O programa ANTI - CHEAT muito mal otimizado que os desenvolvedores do jogo PUBG usam, está acusando de "trapaça" o software de perifericos de RAZER. Tentei entrar em contato com o suporte pra esclarecer que não se trata de um programa anti-jogo ou mal intencionado, e a resposta deles foi simplesmente essa:

Recently my account has been PERM BAN by just having a third party program installed on my machine, the program is RAZER Synapse (Razer Software where it contains the Drivers and features of its products). The very poorly optimized ANTI - CHEAT program that the game developers PUBG uses, is accusing the RAZER peripheral software of "cheating". I tried to contact the support to clarify that this is not an anti-gambling or malicious program, and their response was simply this:

Don‘t lie. I use synapse since day 1 and never had an issue. Just don‘t use the macro function.

Btw no one told you that it‘s caused by synapse.

It was the only change I made, buy a razer naga. My account was banned the next day. Before using this mouse I never had problem.

Then you used the macro function. I use razer since i started gaming and i got NEVER a ban. But i didn‘t use macros.

Also I did not use Macros, I can not imagine some kind of Macro to use in PUBG, the Macros of the mouse only change the position keys and this does not change anything in the game

Double click with one click is also a macro and also not allowed. Everything you can‘t use only with the ingame settings and only via the software is forbidden.

I do not see benefit using double click, the recoil of PUBG is not fixed. If using a double click recoil of the weapon makes the aim to destabilize

Double click was just an example. You can‘t see a benefit but it‘s still forbidden.
Multiple clicks are always a benefit btw. because you got the exact same time between the shots on lets say single fire weapons. When you use this you have to pull down the mouse constant to reach a perfect control. With manual clicks you get a different time between the shots and it‘s harder to control.

But we get too far away from the main problem now.

Fact is as long you don‘t use a macro function in synapse, icue and so on, it won‘t cause in a ban.

But the fact is that I did not use anything obscurely different, I just installed Razer Synapse for my new mouse, played for a few hours and the next day came BAN's message. I have not changed my settings and not even my game mode, if they can see the LOGS, my games are horrible, I am very bad, and will see that even with the new mouse remains the same before.
They do not tell you why there was BAN, but I assume that's it, my only change was the RAZER Synapse

Hmmm.... my last idea is tbat the bans sometimes don‘t happen instand. So it could be something you did some time ago....

You dont have to use macro to get ban. Just having default macro installed is enough to get a ban. Your new mouse might have loaded some when you installed the software.

You have to uninstall or disable all macros, or you risk the anticheat detecting it and delivering a ban.

Razer synapse doesn‘t have macros preinstalled.

You are not banned for using razer synapse 3.0. I use that software from day one and i just contacted razer support and asked them.

I bought the game for another account, and I play it without the Razer synapse not to receive the BAN on this new account. It was the solution.
