Anyone else get randomly banned after not even playing the game for 2 weeks?

So as the title says. Logged into steam to discover I have been permanantly banned from PUBG. Haven't played the game for 2 weeks, so not even sure how I gote banned. The last time I played the game I didn't even get a kill as the game crashed and my player died outside of the zone before I could relog. So I just logged off and went to play Escape From Tarkov.

I've tried contacting PUBG customer support to try rectify this situation but it seems these guys don't give a flying F**K about their playerbase. I was given a generic answer as to why I was "possibly" banned, but no actual answer as to the real reason. When I asked for more clarity on the situation, I was then told that for security reasons they cannot devulge any further information. What a load of bollocks. Chances are these guys don't even know why I was banned and their anti cheat system is trigger happy.

I run video editing and vfx software in the background sometimes and play a game or two of pubg during my breaks. Could this software trigger the anti cheat?

Look, what i am really annoyed about is that now my steam account has been flagged as a cheater. I find that quite unfair and would like to resolve it, I don't care if I never play PUBG again, to be honest it was better in early access/alpha.

Anyone else experience this crap?

Go look for the threads, there's was a megathread especialy about the amd bans and all the people who got false banned all said they were unbanned one by one.

They were all probably alternate accounts of yours, you are good at making many alternate accounts and changing your account details regularly aren't you? I was meaning though an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ source from the devs or elsewhere that said there as a false ban wave and that the devs had made mass ban lifts.

Yea I saw the link, my bad. However that was October 25 or somethign, and they said it was resolved, so anyone banned after that was banned legitly, unless you have any other links.

There are other things you can be banned for, team killing in squads, teaming in solos, macros etc. It is your responisbility to found out the rules and if you have broken any, even if you didn't know you had.

There are other things you can be banned for, team killing in squads, teaming in solos, macros etc. It is your responisbility to found out the rules and if you have broken any, even if you didn't know you had.

Its the 4th time that i know of that one of their anti cheats false banned people and you wonder why alot of people are leaving.

Well you don't know for a fact they were false banned, all you know is the story someone is telling, you don't know if what the are saying is true or not, and being a serial cheater yourself, you would defend other cheaters anyway. So you are untrustworthy yourself.

That's not true as mining affected prices for ages.

And it still didnt stop people buying Nvidia cards over AMD.

If you want a Budget card, you get a budget card. Mining didnt change that.

Why do you think it was lifted? Because it was wrongly applied.
Edit: My ban was lifted and i was playing pubg 2 days ago. It was lifted last month with the driver ban.

Don't believe you. If you are telling the truth and not just trolling like the serial cheating troll you are, prove you are not banned by making your whole profile public so everyone can see the last time you played pubg. You can say what ever you want, doesn't mean it is true. Problem is you lie, cheat and troll so much why should anyone believe you.
