Shots are landing above an enemies head, bug?

Most of the time when I'm shooting enemies, I have my retical perfectly on the target's head my bullet will land slightly above their head.

This happens at usually medium to long range with any scope, any weapon, any attachments, any zeroed scopes, allow for bullet drop, at any enemy, (stationary or moving) and even me moving, stationary, crouched or prone. Also I have a superb internet connection and that is usually never a problem. Moreover, basically I've tested my problem with every variable.

It happens a lot to me and one of my friends, is anyone else having this problem? I've missed so many easy headshots because of this.

Next time it happens, I'll record it, upload it, and post it in here.

yes this is driving me nuts.. 4x with SLR not huge distance away and the bullets are landing long and through players.

Ok solved the Mytery for you, at least if you are shooting 7.62 ammo
For the first 100m or 200m the bulllet will have an upwards movement, then it will start to get bullet drop. But over 100m I never had a Problem wit the crosshair right on the head, I Target the center of the Head I am fine.

Sounds like you are using a high powered scope under 100 meters or forgetting to zero back to 100 meters.

If you are on higher terrain than your enemy and aim right for the head, it's possible to whiff the shot. You need to aim for their neck instead of above their head to get the headshot.
